History
From the outset, the objective of ASML has been to simultaneously (a) develop a well equipped surface metrology lab, (b) do some interesting research with the facility, and (c) generate income to donate to worthy causes and do some good. ASML has been in operation for four years now. We hope that you and the general research community at large will continue to spread the word of our existence
